Barret M82A1 Spectacular Sniper

Barrett Firearms Manufacturing was founded by Ronnie Barrett in 1982, with bold idea to building shoulder-fired .50 caliber rifle. His first working rifle was M82, and new improved M82A1 was developed in 1986. Following by M82A2 in 1987, developed in bullpup design, to short the length of rifle and to be fired from the shoulder. With powerful 12.7x99mm NATO (.50 BMG) ammunition, M82A1 can reach over 1500m target easily with high energy. Soon it got the military attention, accompany with first military contract to the Swedish Army in 1989, and US Military order in 1990. After years feedback and experiences from US Military, M82A1 turn into M82A1A, M82A1M, and M82A3 for different application. And finally, US Army has adopted the newest design M82A1 in 2005, designation M107. Until now, the Barrett Firearms Manufacturing has become the world's leader in large-caliber rifle design and manufacturing.

Grasp the Lower Receiver Group and extend the bipod legs by pulling the legs down to the front, where they will lock into place.  (To retract, pull down on leg  and swing back into position along the receiver. If firing without using the bipod, fold them forward to preclude interference with the carrying handle.) Pulling on the feet of the bipod causes the legs to extend - to retract a leg, depress the plunger located on the bipod leg and push on the foot. Place receiver on level surface.
