The decision to develop the one PRO 9 weapon arose from the obvious market for a compact self-defense pistol having a caliber of suffi cient size to make it an effective weapon. As the one PRO 9 proves, the development of a large caliber compact pistol does not need to be beset by any compromise. This One PRO 9 pistol represents the optimum solution for such aweapon, easy to carry, but providing high firepower with safe and reliable operation. 

One PRO 9 weight considerations led to the choice of aluminum as the material for the pistol butt. Particularly, for a large caliber weapon, its dead weight of decisive importance. A pistol that is too light tends to get out of control particularly under rapidfire conditions. Our choice of aluminum together with ideal form of the pistol butt ensures that the user retains control over the weapon under all conditions. This, in itself is a decisive advantage and not only in critical situations.


Every component, which is subject to stress, is manufactured from high quality, heat-treated steel. In this regard, special mention must be made of the rotation-lock of the breech mechanism. As with the One Pro .45, we paid the greatest attention to the snap-shooting characteristics of the One Pro 9. The angle of the pistol butt was carefully chosen allowing the user to register his intended target quickly and deliver the snap shot with the greatest possible accuracy. The characteristics of the double-action trigger with a trigger pressure of 2.2 kg, ensure that, this pistol combines rapid readinessto fire, coupled with maximum security and reliability.
